These terms apply to text messages sent by Real MVP Homes, a trading name of Yusuf & Associates Real Estate Solutions LLC, doing business as Real MVP Realty Group. Messages you receive from us are signed Real MVP.

What the program is

We buy houses and land. We send text messages to people who have contacted us about a property, usually to confirm an appointment, send a reminder, or follow up on an enquiry you started. We do not send messages to people who have not contacted us, and we do not buy, rent or share phone number lists.

Text us about your property

Text (817) 200-7666 and tell us the address. By texting us you agree to receive text messages from Real MVP Homes about your property.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted, in one of these ways:

By submitting the form at realmvphomes.com/sms-signup.html and ticking the consent box. The box is not ticked for you.
By requesting a cash offer on realmvphomes.com and ticking the same consent box at the end of that form.
On a phone call with us. We ask, in plain words, whether it is alright for someone from our team to call or text you at that number about the property. Your answer is recorded and we keep the exact words you used.
By texting us first at (817) 200-7666, using the call to action above.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of buying anything, of us making an offer, or of any transaction with us.

Message frequency varies and depends on your enquiry. In most cases it is a small number of messages relating to one property. We do not send recurring marketing blasts.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving text messages, according to your plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then no further texts.

You can also ask us to stop by emailing sales@realmvphomes.com or by telling us on a call. We honour opt-outs immediately.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
